Car carrying 6 teens killed in Oklahoma crash rolled through stop sign: NTSB

The six girls were traveling in a Chevrolet Spark that is designed to carry four passengers. Only the driver and the passenger were wearing seat belts, according to a report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
