Haitian immigrant charged with raping 15-year-old girl in migrant hotel: prosecutors

A 26-year-old Haitian immigrant housed in a Massachusetts migrant hotel is charged with raping a 15-year-old girl there last week and is now being held without bail in a local jail, officials said.
