Illinois judge Michael J. Valentine found dead outside his home as his wife is charged with murder
The Edwards County Sheriff's Office were called to the home on the 1100 block of County Road 600 in Albion, Ill. at around 12:14 p.m. when they made the disturbing find, the Illinois State Police said.
