NYC dealer who sold heroin that killed ‘The Wire’ actor Michael K. Williams sentenced to 10 years in prison

Irvin Cartagena, 40, a k a “Green Eyes,” was captured in surveillance camera footage handing the drugs to Williams the day before the star was found dead in his luxury Williamsburg penthouse Sept. 6  2021, according to prosecutors.
