Two NYC strangers team up to help lost parakeet found on UWS in ‘small world’ moment

Two New Yorkers came together in a "small world" moment over the weekend after discovering a lost parakeet outside their Upper West Side apartments — and have now banded together to locate the missing bird's owner.
