Woman, 28, arrested for intentionally mowing down 23-year-old scooter rider in NYC road-rage killing: cops
Lillibeth Vasquez, 28, of Allentown, Pa., was driving a Honda Civic when she rammed into moped rider Robert Jimenez, 23, as both headed south on Fox Street near the Intervale Avenue intersection around 2:20 p.m. Saturday, cops said.
