Woman seen on video mowing down beau’s ex-girlfriend in NYC slapped with murder charge: cops
Naomi Broomes, 33, was busted around 12:30 p.m. for allegedly running over 24-year-old Shakira Serrano in a parking lot at East New York’s Pink Houses on Loring Avenue near Crescent Street around 7:30 p.m. Jan. 11, police said.
